Digital Products (Templates, Toolkits, Courses, etc.)

Due to the instant access and downloadable format of our digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us at info@atabeystrategies.com, and we’ll make sure you receive what you ordered.

Coaching & Consulting Services

​

We do not offer refunds for completed coaching or consulting sessions. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled, but refunds will not be issued for missed or late-canceled appointments.

For ongoing engagements or retainer clients, terms of cancellation and refund (if applicable) will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
